Yoga Videos For Beginners

All your beginner level Flametree videos are available here. Remember to buy a beginner playback pass and/or login to your account first before you can view the videos.

They are all part of our playback video library. In each category, there is a sufficient collection of videos to keep you doing yoga for many weeks or months, and very often it makes good sense to do the classes more than once. The videos are also periodically updated, or additional videos are added.

The drop-down tab shows beginner video types

As you can see via the tabs below, you can first select the first several weeks of your beginner yoga journey by the appropriate tab. These tabs include some of the Special Focus classes such as Backcare, Women Only, Easy Restorative, and Introduction to Breath Meditation.

Backcare, Easy Restorative and Introduction to Breath Meditation classes can be done at any time in your beginner yoga progress. They can also be done as a stream by themselves, or in conjunction with other classes from other weeks.

In particular, Backcare classes are yoga postures classes that will be useful to anyone, although they have been done to make sure that are helpful and safe for persons with back issues.

Depending on your level of yoga skills, the teacher will demonstrate the pose, and then talk you through doing it yourself.

If you find don’t get around to exercising or de-stressing enough, we suggest you try the fun and momentum of live online or in-studio classes with us, if your time zone works with our live beginner class timetable.

Before you start a class, it helps to get a few basic yoga props, like a mat or rug, plus some household items like a chair, blocks or bricks, and a belt or short piece of rope. There is more about yoga props here.

As we said, before you can access the yoga class playback videos, you may need to buy the appropriate playback or combination package of yoga passes.
