Papaya Smoothie Bowl With Tofu, Mango And Lime.
A Dairy Free, Tropical Breakfast Bowl That Is Scrumptious After Early Morning Yoga.
Just Blend, Pour And Top.
Introduction to papaya smoothie bowl
This papaya smoothie bowl is a cup of papaya blended with a frozen banana, a few slices of frozen mango, lime juice, ginger, turmeric, soft tofu and a little soy milk, poured into a bowl and topped with fruit and seeds. It is vegan, there is no cooking, and you can make it with any fruit that is in season.
Try this scrumptious breakfast after your early morning yoga practice, or whenever. You can create your own smoothie bowl using any fruit that is in season. I used papaya, dragon fruit and a few slices of orange, then sunflower seeds, chia seeds and coconut flakes on top.
I liked the papaya mix so much that I made another bowl the next day with what I had left. This time I warmed up some prepared black rice pudding and steel cut oats from my fridge, then added the papaya smoothie mix and coconut flakes. It was very satisfying, filling and delicious.
