Flametree teaches yoga at a range of levels, starting with basic yoga.
We don’t believe in “one size fits all” yoga.
Flametree also has a focus on getting into the poses in a way that gives you all the many benefits of yoga.
Obviously, if you’re not in some appropriate stage of the pose (including via using props), then it can’t work it’s magic for you.
