They are all part of our playback video library. In each category, there is a sufficient collection of videos to keep you doing yoga for many weeks or months, and very often it makes good sense to do the classes more than once. The videos are also periodically updated, or additional videos are added.
Depending on your level of yoga skills, the teacher will demonstrate the pose, and then talk you through doing it yourself.

Before you start a class, it helps to get a few basic yoga props, like a non-slippery mat or rug, plus some household items like a chair, blocks or bricks, and a belt or short piece of rope. There is more about yoga props, here.
As we said, before you can access the yoga class playback videos, you may need to buy the appropriate playback or combination package of yoga passes.
