Ingredients for Easy Corn Fritters
Here are the ingredients for this Flametree Yoga studio dish.
1 corn cobb
4 cm piece of tumeric
4 cm ginger
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 small shallots
2 spring onions
2 tbs rice flour
long red chilli- not hot
few celery leaves
olive oil or coconut oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste

How to make Corn Fritters
Use these steps, to make this easy quick corn fritter recipe.
Cut corn of the cob
Mince finely tumeric, ginger, garlic, shallots and corn
Place into a mixing bowl and add finely chopped chilli, spring onions, celery leaf
Mix in rice flour
Add in salt and pepper
Make into smallish shapes
Heat oil and fry. Turn regularly. Fry until golden.
Drain on absorbent paper
Serve hot
Perfect to serve with a green salad or as part of a buffet style meal.
