Advanced Yoga Classes Online & In-studio Using Top Yoga Styles
Advanced yoga classes online or in-studio are offered once a week, on Wednesday 6.30-8.00am (Central Australian time). In addition, there are also several other high level classes for experienced students. Many of the classes also include advanced yin yoga alternatives and extensions.

Chris Lalor, teaches these classes. The classes tend to be theme based. This means that over the course of a month you get to deepen your understanding of how to approach yourself, through working toward more advanced asana.

Compassionate teaching style with alternatives
Chris teaches Iyengar yoga in compassionate way. Among other things, she give lots of alternatives for those who are still working towards a particular pose.
She also offers ongoing information about the benefits you’ll get from particular poses, plus tips on how to get into them.
The classes are taught in-studio (in Darwin, Australia). and LIVE online.
In online classes, Chris able to see and hear you. She closely watches, and provides commentary that will help you learn or master poses.
Supine and forward bending poses, and other floor work, is also one of her top strengths. So her classes are places where you will not only do advanced yin yoga, but you’ll also learn extensions of the style.
