Four easy steps to set up online yoga at home
The set up steps below only needed to be done once. It just takes a couple of minutes.
- The first step is to download the ZOOM Client app on your phone, iPad or PC. (This only needs to be done once).
- Second, for each class, as you go, reserve the online version of your Flametree class. Use the links at https://flametreeroom1.punchpass.com/ (for most non-beginner classes), OR use https://flametreeroom2.punchpass.com/ (for most beginner classes).
- Once you reserve a class, a link to join that online class is sent to you, At the time for class, follow the link to join the online class.
- Last, point your camera on your phone or PC so that the yoga teacher can see you. Also, if you want, you can also just turn off your camera off. But you’ll get more value from the class if the teacher can provide feedback, based on what you are doing. (Only the teacher can see you, and nobody else).
