Yogi recipes via Flametree retreats
In each of the two most recent Flametree yoga & breath meditation retreats, I (Chris Lalor) also changed my own food habits afterwards.
It was due to having a different diet of delicious food prepared for me each day… 3 times a day.
It gave me the chance to experience what different approaches to healthy, delightful food was like.
When I got home, I then altered some important aspects of my diet.
As a result, I feel better, and have a happier tummy. Plus, my diet is healthier.
The retreat food allowed me to detox, and then change my habits.
Some new, recipes I’ve learnt
For instance, one of the changes I’ve made is to get more protein from both black beans, and chick peas.
Here is one of the baked chickpea recipes I’ve been enjoying, using chickpeas.
The recipe is simple, fast, and delicious.
