Women’s yoga workshop Darwin & online
This workshop combines the therapeutic precision of Iyengar yoga with practical wisdom for real life.
You’ll learn weight-bearing poses that naturally strengthen bones, breathwork that genuinely calms anxiety (not just temporarily distracts), and restorative practices that help you sleep more deeply.
It will also include pranayama meditation training. (It’s highly effective with reducing stress & anxiety, as well as maximising energy, clarity, and productivity).
But this isn’t a clinical checklist—it’s about connecting with your body’s wisdom, feeling capable in your own skin, and sharing space with women who understand the journey.
Using props strategically (blocks, bolsters, chairs), every practice is accessible and safe for your body exactly as it is today.
All equipment is provided, including mats. Just wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.
Flametree Iyengar Yoga for women Australia & beyond
Whether you’re at beginner level (with at least a few months experience), or have practised yoga for decades, you’ll find modifications that work for you. This is at your practise level, and adapted to your needs.
You’ll leave with tools you’ll actually use—techniques for your desk, your car, before bed—plus the confidence that comes from knowing you’re supporting your body’s natural capacity for health.
Midlife women yoga workshop
The workshop will be helpful for all, but especially those heading towards perimenopause (which can start in the later 30’s).
So, it will also be useful to those younger and older than midlife, including if you’re currently looking for a menopause yoga workshop online or Darwin
