Join Chris Lalor, Flametree’s certified yoga and meditation teacher, and yoga therapist, in a powerful, relaxing meditation and yoga retreat in August 2025.
All yoga styles are welcome.
Plus, it’s from beginner levels upwards to advanced levels, with poses individually customised to work powerfully for you. You get the sort of attention that only a highly experienced yoga teacher can provide.
Overall, you get daily active yoga, pranayama meditation, and restorative yoga; as well as 3 useful and interesting evening presentations.
The program will be very similar to the daily schedule of this recent Bali retreat, including 30 hours of teaching and practice.
