PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 “Rooms” for making reservations

Most beginner classes are in ROOM 2, as listed in the link above.

Most non-beginner classes are in ROOM 1, as also listed in the link above.

ONLINE classes for Gentle, Backcare, & Easy Restorative

Reservations for the ONLINE versions of Gentle Yoga, Backcare Yoga, and Easy Restorative Yoga, can only be make in Room TWO.

The first easy step is to create a free account with our online reservations app called Punchpass.

When you go to the reservation links (or rooms), you’ll see the button to create the free account, or sign in.

Choose beginner or non-beginner level.

At the timetable, reserve your yoga class

Once you are logged in to your new account, you can now reserve your first class!

Scroll down to see all the classes listed in the timetable.

If you wish, read through the additional info above the class timetable.

Choose either the In-Studio or Online version of the class

When you reach the timetable, at each particular class time, choose carefully between the ONLINE and IN-STUDIO version of the class.

You’ll only get a link to join the ONLINE class if you choose the online version of any class!

Select the class you want to go to, and then select “Reserve My Spot In Class!”.
