“Regulate the breathing and thereby control the mind.” said Mr BKS Iyengar.
This new 2-hour studio workshop is on our relationship to the breath. Through the use of props, Asana (postures), & Pranayama (aka breath meditation), you’ll explore techniques to breathe more freely & efficiently.
It’s especially useful if you’ve had asthma or other breathing difficulties. Plus, it’s for anyone interested in the relationship between breath & mind.
Belinda’s powerful personal story of yoga
For example, in her personal story of her yoga journey, Belinda talks about how yoga has helped with mindset, positivity, health conditions, and more.
Among many powerful statements, she says that as a result of doing regular yoga: “…with my asthma, I don’t have to use medication any more.”
Get a pass & reserve your class
This very practical workshop is likely to fill to fill to capacity.
To be fair, those who’ve bought a pass, and reserved the class, will get priority.
