We are pleased to offer those who are new to yoga an alternative to the Beginners Courses and to also offer those who have done some yoga before, a way to continue to do yoga but to work at a slower pace.
Yoga for Health Classes
This class is suitable for newcomers who are stiff, or suffer from an ailment or are recovering from an injury that limits their range of movement and ability to hold poses for very long. It is also suitable for students who have done some yoga but need to alter the way they do the pose because of an injury or current condition. Pregnant Women can attend this class.
The classes are varied from week to week. The programme seeks to consolidate students understanding so that over time they gain the confidence to practice at home.
You can enter this class at any time providing there is space available. You can stay in this class as long as you wish and you can also do an extra class as well, like Transition to Intermediate during the mid week.
Numbers are limited so check availability if coming for the first time.
