We offer 6 week Beginner Yoga Courses, starting every 6 weeks. These courses are structured and paced to make starting yoga an enjoyable experience. Each week new poses are taught and the poses learnt in the previous week are revised.
This approach ensures that you are introduced to the basics of "Iyengar Yoga" in a well-rounded and coherent manner so that you can become comfortable and confident with the poses.

Buy Beginners Yoga Course
The Beginners Pass is a 6 week unlimited pass. It entitles you to attend as many classes per week as you like over the 6 week period. Each week there are 8 Beginners class times to choose from.
The benefits of doing yoga are immense in terms of improved fitness, flexibility, health and wellbeing. So it is important when starting out to get a good grounding in the "basics".
For a period before each Beginner series starts, we offer Early Bird prices. These cease once we are around 80% full. So grab the Early Bird as soon as you see it promoted. You can also check by going to our Buy Beginners button above.
Yoga Courses for Beginners are offered on a regular basis through the year - see our class timetable for when the next course starts and class times.
At the end of a Beginner class series, we’ll discuss with you what to do next. Some people move to a higher level, and others to the Beginner course again. Either approach is fine, depending on what suits you.
You can join a Beginner class up until 2 weeks after it has started, providing space is available. Call us to check what space is still available, if any. You may also be able to see this from a new reservations system that will be operating soon.
