All classes are easy, introductory yoga poses that all can do.
After the course, you can stop, or you can continue in our beginner level.

You’ll be starting with other total beginners, learning the introductory basics, with some others who are at the same level as you.
Depending on the package you choose, and how much yoga you want, you can come to daily one hour classes for $2.85 a class, or even less.

Each of the weekly beginner classes are always customised to the actual individuals who are in each class. Where appropriate, alternatives are discretely given to each person, depending on their individual needs. Teachers give general and individual instructions, to both online students, and those in the studio.
LIVE & Interactive classes
There are classes in our Darwin studio, and online classes. Online classes are run via Zoom and include expert guidance from our instructors. Depending on what package you choose, playback yoga classes are also available.
Playback classes are on demand, streaming videos that you can do from anywhere, in your own time.
General fitness AND Special Focus Classes
We have sessions to suit all ages, stages and requirements, including specialised classes for women only, anxiety issues, back pain, calming, slow yoga, and an especially easy restorative yoga focus class. There’s more detail in the FAQs.

Each session is 1 hour in duration.
Online classes are taught as a live, interactive class format. The teacher and the students can all see and hear each other. This provides maximum opportunity for the teacher to guide students so they get the most benefit from the practice.
Special Focus classes can be attended by all students, and are useful to all…but they also have postures and information that especially address particular situations. As you’ll see in the timetable on this page, there are Special Focus classes for women only, anxiety issues, back pain, calming, slow yoga, and an especially easy restorative yoga focus class. There’s more detail about each class type on our site.
